Why do they get away with it?

I work in customer service. There were people always breaking company policies and/or cutting close to the line. I had complained many times in an anonymous way and was upset and frustrated. Nothing was being done about it and I kept thinking "this isn't fair!" I was reading an advice column in my local paper and this book was recommended to the lady with the work issues similar to mine. I thought "why not!?" and went to my local library the same day. Now I realized I shouldn't care what everyone else is doing and focus on myself! In doing so my manager has seen a change in my demeanor and I am more focused at my job and my customers. Just recently we had a review and I scored very high, was given one of the higher pay raises and got asked if I'd like to interview for another department. The people in that department are the best of the best to get the opportunity made me realize this does work! Going to work is no longer a chore or a bother, I enjoy it! I have to take this book back to the library tomorrow, but I really want to buy it because my husband is in a similar situation as well in life and in work. He really needs to read this, it was like a curtain opened up and the truth was revealed to me! Thank you so much!

Different people in the world receive the home loans from different banks, just because it's easy.
